Daily Delegate Rate

Our Conference Daily Delegate Rates have been slashed for July 2010

$42.00 incl gst per person per day.  Minimum of 20 delegates
$38.00 incl gst per person per day.  Minimum of 30 delegates
 

Conference Daily Delegate Rate includes
 

• Full day Conference Meeting room
•  Free Car Parking - we have 150 carpaking spaces in our hotel grounds and there is additional street side parking.
•  Audio visual equipment - one 6’ x 6’ projector screen, one standard whiteboard and whiteboard marker pens, one flipchart and marker pens, one lectern with gooseneck microphone (applies to events in The Great Hall, Camelot Room, or The Tower Room), portable staging  (applies to events in The Camelot Room or The Great Hall)
•  Supplies for the DelegateA note pad and pen
• Mints and iced water
• Day Catering - Morning and Afternoon Tea:  Cookie selection with Tea and freshly brewed Coffee andClassic Working Lunch buffet:  Chef’s selection of hot and cold savoury items, a sweet item, Tea and freshly brewed Coffee

We offer the flexibiltiy for you to upgrade to a wider range of catering options for an additional catering fee.
 
Additional audio visual equipment is also available and can be hired on your behalf.
