Treasure Club Terms and Conditions

It is the member's responsibility to keep track of reservations made (booklet provided to do this).

One room night achieves one treasure with a maximum of 50 treasures achieved for any one accommodation booking, group or conference.

Treasures may be transferred to other members of the company (identification required).

Accommodation Treasures are subject to availability and closeouts.

You are advised to make accommodation bookings before committing to travel arrangements.

All requests for treasures must be made 7 days prior to the required date.

Membership is not transferable should the member move to another company.
-
Membership may be transferred to the name of a replacement staff member.

The life span of Treasure Club points is now 24 months.
