Oven baked leg of Veal with pesto, mustard and streaky bacon set on scalloped potatoes and garden vegetables
Chicken breast piccata with tomato risotto and asparagus spears
Beef fillet mignons on mushroom sauce with gratin potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Fresh market fish fillet grilled with tomato and spring onion compote and fennel potatoes

Strawberry chocolate Swiss roll with vanilla icecream in meringue nest and fresh strawberries
Steamed Christmas pudding with Grand Marnier sauce and vanilla ice cream
