Main Course Selection

Turkey medallions with pineapple and pancetta, a maple glaze and sweet corn tart

Grilled blue cod fillet with oven roasted fennel and sauteed prawn and dill sauce

Beef fillet mignon with basil tomato crust, asparagus and mushroom ragout filled Yorkshire pudding and pan jus

 

All main courses are served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables
