Following attributes are required:
Flexibility to work variable hours
Good customer skills
Ability to "think on your feet"
Initiative, adaptability, reliability
Able to handle unusual situations with tact and diplomacy
Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved
Previous waiting experience an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
Keen and enthusiastic attitude
